IOM to get autonomy

Kathmandu - In order to address the demands of the agitating doctor Prof Dr Govinda KC, preparations have been initiated regarding the autonomy of the Institute of Medicine (IOM) TU. 

Issuing a press statement Sunday, coordinator of the government talks team and Secretary at the Ministry of Education Shanta Bahadur Shrestha said that agreement has been made to bring a format of autonomy about the IOM in the meeting to be held on Monday. 

The progress regarding the talks made so far has been informed to the Prime Minister, reads the statement.
