Sixth Nationwide Open Exercise Competition Saturday

Kathmandu. Nepali Youth Fitness and Calisthenics organized ‘Nationwide Open Exercise Competition’ will be organized. This is the sixth edition of the competition. The organizers informed that Bajaj's motorbike brand Pulsar will support the competition to be held at Bagmati Nagar Park in Buddh, Kathmandu. 
It is mentioned in the press release issued by the organizer that more than 250 athletes from all over the country will participate in the competition organized in association with World Powerlifting and the European Street Lifting Federation. 

The competition is divided into two competitions, Circuit and Bar. The circuit competition is divided into five groups, Open Women's Circuit, Open Men's Circuit, Junior Circuit (under 19 years old), Men's Circuit Masters (over 45 years old) and Women's Circuit Masters (over 40 years old). 
Similarly, the bar competition has been classified into three groups as open women's bar, open men's bar and junior bar (under 16 years). Athlete briefing and tag number distribution will be done on 14th Baisakh on the day before the competition. 

In this way, on the day of the competition, competition will be held among the participating players in the circuit and bar competition on the 15th of Baisakh. The organizers informed that the estimated budget of the competition is 25 lakh 50 thousand rupees.  Under the circuit and bar competition of the competition, the first, second and third place winners of each group will be awarded cash prizes of 20 thousand, 15 thousand and 10 thousand rupees respectively. In addition, the strongest club of the year will also be announced on the last day of the competition.
