Nepali Congress to file new candidacy at Morang today, Who will be the new candidate?

KATHMANDU, Nov 10: The Nepali Congress is scheduled to file a new candidacy at Mornag 3 (1) on Thursday for the upcoming elections following the demise of Shekhar Chandra Thapa, Minister for Forest, Environment and Soil Conservation of Province 1.
Thapa breathed his last at 10:40 AM on Wednesday. He was suffering from pneumonia.
Who will be the new candidate?
According to the sources, one among current members of the provincial assembly Suyarma Raj Rai and Parsu Karki are likely to be the new candidates of the Nepali Congress. Rai has already served the party as its chief whip .
Likewise, some have also suggested the name of Lal Banu Susling Magar, leader of CPN (Maoist Center), as the new candidate.
