IN PICS: All set for Tihar festival

KATHMANDU, Oct 15: The Kathmandu Valley, where lies the federal capital of the country, seems all set to welcome Tihar festival.

Houses, roads, shops and other businesses are these days decorated with lights. Even during the night, most parts of the valley are lively.

Tihar is popular as the festival of light and flower.
