Team of Madesh Province-led by CM Raut to visit Europe

KATHMANDU, July 26: Team of Madesh Province-led by Chief Minister Lal Babu Raut is scheduled to visit Switzerland on August 22 to 30, 2022.

It has been maintained that the team will be meeting various personalities, visiting institutions and studying Swiss federalism during their visit.

At the time when the government is preparing to hold federal and provincial elections, many have criticized the provincial government about its visit to Europe.

CM Raut will be accompanied by more than 18 people including Speaker Saroj Kumar Yadav, Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development Ram Saroj Yadav, Minister for Industry, Tourism and Forest Shatrudan Yadav, Home and Communication Minister Bharat Prasad Shah, member of Provincial Assembly Sharad Thapa, secretary of the province Ranjeet Kumar Yadav, Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives Bijay Yadav, Finance Minister Sailendra Prasad Shah, chief secretary and other officials.

The team will be leaving for Switzerland on August 22.
