CPC leader Liu’s recent visit to Nepal has nothing to do with my visit to India: Dahal

KATHMANDU, July 15: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has maintained that the recent visit of Head of the International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Liu Jianchao, to Nepal has nothing to do with his (Dahal’s) visit to India.
Ahead of flying to Delhi on Friday, Chair Dahal at the Tribhuvan International Airport said that it is his goodwill visit to southern neighbor.
“There will be talks with leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the ruling party of India, to further strengthen Nepal-India relations,” Dahal added.
Besides, Dahal also clarified that his visit to India is not a sudden move rather a pre-scheduled one.
