Srijana Singh files nominations for post of KMC’s mayor

KATHMANDU, April 25: Srijana Singh, wife of Nepali Congress leader Prakashman Singh, filed her nominations for the post of mayor of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City on Monday.
Singh was accompanied by her husband and son while filing the nomination at the National Assembly Hall-based election office.
The ruling Nepali congress decided to field the candidacy of Singh for the post of mayor of the Kathmandu metropolis after the members of ruling alliance agreed to give the post of mayor of Kathmandu to NC.
