KATHMANDU, April 25: A parliamentary party meeting of the Nepali Congress held earlier this morning at the Prime Minister’s Office Residence, Baluwatar, has finalized its candidates for the post of mayors in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Biratnagar Metropolitan City and Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
