KATHMANDU, April 24: Narasingha Byanjankar filed his candidacy for the post of chairperson of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-10 on Sunday.
With this, Byanjankar has become the first person to file candidacy for the upcoming local polls in Lalitpur metropolis.
Byanjankar, 81, is an independent candidate and has been winning the election for the post since 2029 BS.
This is the 11th time for Byanjankar to file his candidacy for the post of ward chairperson.
