KATHMANDU, April 24: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has made public his commitments ahead of the local level election, 2022.
Before filing his nominations for the post, Shah had made public 24 points commitments.
Educational and health reforms, environment conservation and conservation of urban heritages have made it to the top of Shah’s commitments.
