CPN (MC) issues circular to finalize candidates by April 18

KATHMANDU, April 12: The CPN (Maoist Center), a coalition partner of the ruling government, issued an circular to finalize its candidates for the upcoming local level polls by April 18.
The party has also maintained to give top priority to an electoral alliance formed among the members of the ruling alliance.
Issuing a circular, Chairman of the party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has also urged the authorities concerned not to take any sort of decision against the electoral alliance without consulting with the central level.
The party has made it mandatory for party members to take permission from the central level if they have to contest in the election against the members of the ruling alliance in any situation.
