PM Deuba, Dahal, Nepal discuss impeachment motion, local level election, MCC

KATHMANDU, Feb 15: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal held a discussion earlier Tuesday morning.
The meeting was held at 8 AM this morning at Baluwatar.
The meeting focused on the registration of the impeachment motion against Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana, the Millenium Corporate Challenge and the local level polls.
According to the PM’s secretariat, the meeting also dwelled on appointment of ambassadors. According to a source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, preparations are being made for appointments of ambassadors in the next Cabinet meeting.
