All-party meeting summoned by Speaker Sapkota begins
The main opposition party, CPN-UML has announced to boycott the meeting.

KATHMANDU, Feb 14: An all-party meeting summoned by the Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Agni Prasad Sapkota, has begun at Singha Durbar.
Speaker Sapkota on Sunday summoned an all-party meeting following the registration of an impeachment motion against Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana.
As many as 98 lawmakers including lawmakers of ruling Nepali Congress, CPN (Maoist Center) and CPN (Unified Socialist) registered the motion at the parliament secretariat on Sunday morning.
The meeting has been attended by all the political parties in parliament except the UML.
