CCMCC recommends closing schools until Feb 12

KATHMANDU, Jan 28: The COVID-19 Crisis Management Coordination Committee (CCMCC) has recommended to the government to close the schools nationwide until February 12 amid the third COVID-19 wave.
A CCMCC meeting held on Friday decided to this effect, according to spokesperson Sunita Nepal.
She also added that the schools will be directed to run teaching-learning activities virtually.
The government, on the recommendation of the CCMCC, closed schools until Saturday.
