Maoist Center’s closed-door session to resume at 4PM

KATHMANDU, Jan 2: The closed-door session under the 8th General Convention of the ruling CPN (Maoist Center) has been put off until 4 PM, Sunday. 

According to the party’s publicity sub-committee, the session is to resume at 4 PM after a snack break. 

Meanwhile, a Standing Committee meeting is underway at the Kamaladi-based Nepal Academy in a bid to forge consensus to pick the central committee members unanimously. 

The convention was officially inaugurated on Sunday, last week.
