Maoist General Convention: Group leaders finish reporting, SC meeting being held

KATHMANDU, Dec 30: Leaders of all 25 groups have finished reporting on behalf of their groups in the ongoing Eighth General Convention of the CPN (Maoist Center). 

The groups were formed to discuss the political and ideological document presented by Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’. 

As many as 14 team leaders reported on Wednesday while 11 others presented the comments on behalf of their teams on Thursday. 

Shortly after the conclusion of panel-wise reporting, a standing committee began. The meeting will decide how the suggestions received from the groups will be incorporated in the final document.
