UML National Congress: Voting continues on Tuesday, likely to conclude by 10:30 AM

KATHMANDU, November 30: Voting for various positions in the CPN-UML including Chairman and Vice-Chairman is currently underway at the Hotel Seven Star in Sauraha, Chitwan.
The voting, which began hours later than its scheduled on Monday, will elect the party’s chairman, six vice chairmen and seven secretaries. Similarly, more than 20 central committee members will also be elected through voting.
According to the Central Election Commission, more than 50 percent of total voters have already casted their votes by 7:45 AM this morning. The poll body has maintained that the voting will be concluded by 10:30 AM.
