16 participants to contest for Miss Universe Nepal 2020 title

KATHMANDU: A total of 16 participants are all set to vie for the title of Miss Universe Nepal 2021. 

Organizing a press presentation in the capital on Thursday, the organizer Umanga Creation Pvt. Ltd showcased the 16 semifinalists of the Miss Universe Nepal 202. 

On the occasion, the semifinalists introduced themselves and announced which social issue they stand against through their advocacy videos.

According to the organizer, each of the top 16 has an opportunity to book one direct entry into the top 10 if they win the Miss Universe Nepal 2021 Social Impact Leader award. The award winner will be selected by a 50% judging of the social impact videos by a special panel and 50% voting on the IME Pay app.

The finale of the pageant will take place on October 30. MUN 2020 winner, Anshika Sharma, will crown her successor in the coronation event following the finale.
