Congress holding local level conventions in 64 districts from tomorrow

KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepali Congress is holding local level [rural municipality and municipality] conventions starting from Saturday.
A meeting of the party’s office-bearers as well as ex-office bearers, held on Friday morning, decided to hold conventions in local levels of 64 districts from tomorrow.
Party spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma said that the meeting also decided to hold the district-level conventions in 21 mountain districts before Dashain festival [first week of October].
