Madhav Nepal elected PP leader of CPN (US)

KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Madhav Kumar Nepal has been elected the parliamentary party of the CPN (Unified Socialist).
A meeting of the lawmakers of the newly formed party unanimously elected Nepal, who is also the chairman of the party, as the PP leader on Sunday, said Ram Kumari Jhakri.
“He will now pick the chief whip and whip,” she added.
CPN (US) was formally registered at the Election Commission (EC) last Wednesday.
The party has 30 members of the federal parliament.
