Oli-led faction of UML expands Central Committee from 203 to 260

KATHMANDU, August 17: The KP Sharma Oli-led faction of CPN-UML has increased the number of members of its Central Committee.
Following the introduction of an ordinance regarding the split of political parties, the Oli-led faction of CPN-UML expanded its CC members.
A team including Agni Kharel and Baburam Dahal, on Tuesday, visited the Election Commission (EC) asking the poll body to update the details of CC members, according to the sources.
Earlier, there were 203 members in CC of the party. However, the Oli-led faction of UML submitted details at the EC stating that the number of CC members has now been increased to 260.
