NEA Managing Director Ghising assumes office (with photos)

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Kulman Ghising has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). 

Ghising on Wednesday reached the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation  and assumed office, 

Energy Minister Pampha Bhusal handed over the appointment letter to Ghising for a four-year term.

A Cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to appoint Ghising as the Managing Director of the NEA. 

This is Ghising’s second stint in the authority. He had earlier served for the same position between September 16, 2016 and September 14, 2020.
