Dr KC’s talks team waiting for talks

Kathmandu - The talks teams from government side and agitating Dr Govinda KC's side, are yet to sit for talks today. The two talks teams concluded meeting yesterday making understanding to continue the talks, but have not met till the filing of this news.

According to advocate Om Prakash Aryal, talks team member from Dr KC’s side, they were waiting to continue the dialogue aiming for its logical conclusion to end Dr KC's hunger strike but no information is received from the government side.

Dr KC is on 19th round hunger strike putting forth various demands including reforms in the medical education sector in the country. The talks team from government side is led by Education Secretary Gopinath Mainali. The both teams held dialogue on Thursday and discussed various aspects of the demands.
