Court’s Order: With all the evidences received so far, Lamichhane cannot be called innocent

KATHMANDU, Nov 4: The Kathmandu District Court has maintained that Sandeep Lamichhane, who has been accused of raping a minor, cannot be called innocent with all evidences received so far.

A bench of justice Madhav Prasad Ghimire passed an order to send Lamichhane to Jagannathdeval-based jail.
