KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Mourners have paid their final tributes to centeraria Satya Mohan Joshi who breathed his last this morning.
Joshi’s dead body has been kept at Lalitpur Metropolitan City office.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba also paid tribute this afternoon.
