Candidates can withdraw their candidacy by 1 PM, EC to provide election symbols today

KATHMANDU, Oct 12: Candidates who filed their candidacy under the direct election system of the House of Representatives (HoR) can withdraw their candidacy by 1 PM today.
According to the Election Commission, the candidates for both the federal and provincial level can withdraw their nominations from 10 AM to 1 PM today.
The commission is scheduled to publish the final name list of the candidates by 3 PM on Wednesday. After that, the candidates will be provided election symbols.
