IN PICS: Heavy rainfall inundated the Election Commission office

KATHMANDU, Sept 19: A heavy rainfall that occured on Monday afternoon inundated the Kantipath-based Election Commission office.

Parking of the office has turned into a mini-lake inundating cars and bikes parked there.
