197 Nepali nationals en route to gulf countries on visit visas returned from TIA

KATHMANDU, Aug 28: As many as 197 Nepali nationals en route to gulf countries on visit visas were returned from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) by Nepal Police.
These people were barred from traveling to gulf countries as their documents were suspicious, according to DIG Shyam Lal Gyawali of the Airport Security Office.
Of those barred from traveling abroad, 103 are females and 94 are males.
Further investigation is underway, according to Gyawali.
