PHOTOS: ‘Kathmandu or Wastemandu?’

KATHMANDU, Aug 14: Heavy downpour that occurred on Saturday night swept away the garbage piled up at roadsides. Now most of the roads are covered with garbage, plastic and other waste materials. The capital city, Kathmandu has turned into a wasteland.
