Three girls found hanging from a tree in tea garden at Jhapa

KATHMANDU, July 24: Three teenage girls were found hanging from a tree in a tea garden at Kachankawal Rural Municipality-5 at Jhapa district on Sunday.
According to DSP Basnta Pathak of District Police Office, Jhapa, three girls working at Sunkoshi Tea Garden were found hanging from a tree.
The deceased have been identified as Karena, 16, daughter of Pancham Ganesh, Anjali, 17, daughter of Puwalu Ganesh and Kalpana, 16, daughter of Birbal Ganesh.
Further investigation of the case is underway, according to DSP Pathak.
