KMC Mayor Race: Balen Shah leads the vote count with huge difference

KATHMANDU, May 15: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently leading the vote count.
Balne is leading the vote count with 2,457 votes. His nearest contender was Keshav Sthapit who garnered 1,427 votes.
Likewise, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post has collected 1,168 votes.
So far, 6,473 votes have been counted.
