Humla: Two including election officer injured, police fired seven rounds of bullets
KATHMANDU, May 13: Two including an election officer deployed in Humla were injured as a group of voters clashed with security personnel on Friday at Chankheli Rural Municipality-2 based polling center set up at Maha Dev Secondary School.
The police had fired seven rounds of bullets in air to disperse the crowd and take the situation under control.
Election Officer Krishna Prasad Achary was injured, according to SSP Rajesh Nath Bastola.
