UML’s Bagmati Provincial Assembly member Subedi resigns to contest in upcoming local polls

KATHMANDU, April 21: Bijay Subedi, Bagmati Provincial Assembly member resigned on Thursday.
Following his nomination as a candidate for the post of Bharatpur metropolis by the CPN-UML, Subedi submitted his resignation to the Speaker of the assembly today.
“I have resigned from my post as per the provision of the Constitution,” Subedi has maintained.
Subedi also vowed to contribute in leading UML to victory in the upcoming local polls in Bharatpur metropolis.
