District Court of Tanahu grants permission to keep actor Shah in custody for five more days

KATHMANDU, March 18: The district court of Tanahu granted permission to the police to keep actor Paul Shah in custody for five more days.

With this, it is the third time that the court has extended the time given to the police for investigation of the case. 

Earlier, the court had granted a 12 day time to the police for investigating the rape case filed against actor Paul Shah which was due to end on Friday. After, the court granted the permission, another rape case was filed against actor Shah by the same minor at Nawalpur. Shah was then taken to Nawalpur for investigation on March 8 due to which the District Police Office (DPO) Tanahu is yet to complete the investigation of the case.

A minor has filed rape cases against actor Shah at Tanahu and Nawalpur.
