Actor Paul Shah to remain in custody for 12 more days

KATHMANDU, March 6: The District Court, Tanahu has granted a permission to keep actor Purna Bikram Shah aka Paul Shah in police custody for 12 more days for investigation of a rape case filed against him by a minor.
Shah has already been in custody for a week and the court has granted permission to keep him in the custody for 12 more days at the request of the police.
Earlier,Shah surrendered to police after a 17 years old girl had filed a complaint of rape against actor Shah at the District Police Office, Tanahu.
Actor Shah has been accused of multiple rape and sexual harresment.
Accused actor Shah is currently in the custody of the District Police Office, Tanahu.
