KATHMANDU, Feb 27: Anti-Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) cadres clashed with the security personnel while staging protests against the compact at New Baneshwar.
Heavy security personnel were deployed in the area ahead of the parliament meeting.
Cadres of various political parties and groups have been staging protests in the capital opposing the American grant assistance.
