Lalita Niwas land scam: Investigation files sent back to CIB

KATHMANDU, Jan 10: Kathmandu District Attorney’s Office has sent all the files relating to the infestation of the Lalita Niwas land grab case back to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) for further investigation.
The decision to this effect was taken on Monday as further investigation into the case is required, according to Ganga Poudel, chief at the office.
The bureau had submitted an investigation report on Thursday, last week seeking legal actions against more than 300 accused.
