Four-member probe panel formed to investigate under-construction restaurant at Narayanhiti Palace Museum

KATHMANDU, Jan 6: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Prem Ale has formed a four-member probe committee to launch an investigation into the disputed under-construction restaurant on the premises of Narayanhiti Palace Museum. 

The panel formed on Thursday is headed by Hom Prasad Luitel, a joint secretary at the ministry. Other members include undersecretary Tek Narayan Poudel, Account Controller Suryamani Gautam and undersecretary Purusuttom Khatiwada. Similarly, section officer Tanka Bahadur Negi will act as the member secretary. 

The panel will have to submit the report within three days after studying all the related documents, said Hemanta Regmi, a personal secretary to MInister  Ale.
