Defeating Uzbekistan, unbeaten Nepal win Asian Central Zone Volleyball Challenge Cup

KATHMANDU, Dec 28: Defending champions Nepal have retained the title of Asian Central Zone Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup.
In the final match held at the Shaheed Suhrawardy National Indoor Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Nepal defeated Uzbekistan 26-24, 24-26, 25-15, 22-25 and 15-11.
Six teams including Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan participated in the tournament that began on December 23.
