Despite tyre failure, aircraft of Buddha Air lands safely at TIA

KATHMANDU, September 27: An aircraft of Buddha Air landed safely at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) despite its tyre failure.
Earlier, the aircraft was unable to hit the runway as its tire did not operate properly and wandered in the Kathmandu sky for a while.
The aircraft was headed for Biratnagar from TIA early this morning but had returned to Kathmandu after failing to land there.
The aircraft has landed successfully at TIA, Dipendra Karna of Buddha Air told Ratopati.
There were 73 passengers on board including children.
