Three go missing, one injured as car plunges into Trishuli River

KATHMANDU, September 24: A car fell into Trishuli River earlier on Friday morning.

Three people have gone missing and one has sustained severe injuries in the incident, according SP OM Adhikari of District Police Office, Chitwan.

The ill-fated car (Ga 2 Cha 4918) was heading to Pokhara from Kathmandu and met with an accident and plunged into the Trishuli River at Ichakamana Rural Municipality-5, some 2.5 KM ahead of Mugling.

The missing people have been identified as Prem Bahadur Bhujel, 55, of Pokhara Metropolitan City-17, Lek Bahadur Bhujel and his wife, Ishwori Bhujel from Pokhara, according to the police.
