IN PICTURES: Biplab-led NCP stages protest against MCC

KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplab’ staged a protest demonstration against Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact in the capital on Monday afternoon. 

The cadres of the party staged the protest rally against the ‘controversial’ compact in Teku, Tripureshwor, Lainchaur and Babar Mahal areas. The participants chanted slogans and held placards against the compact. 

The rally was converted into a mass assembly at Khula Manch where key leaders of the party addressed.
