Alliance of 22 parties to stage protest against MCC on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, September 6: Stating that the government has begun preparations to endorse the Millennium Corporate Challenge (MCC) of the United States of America (USA), an alliance of 22 parties have announced to stage a protest on September 8.

Amid a conference on Sunday, the alliance of 22 parties announced to stage a protest at Maitigar Mandala in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

The protest rally which will begin from Maitigar will get converted into a mass gathering at New Baneshwar. The alliance has also urged one and all to participate in the protest. The alliance is scheduled to stage protests against MCC in all 77 districts of the country.
