Parliamentary committee directs govt to administer Grade 12 exams physically

KATHMANDU, Aug 24: Education and Health Committee of the federal parliament has directed the Ministry of Education to conduct final examinations of Grade 12 with physical presence of examinees.
After holding discussion with the officials of the ministry on Tuesday, committee Chairperson Jayapuri Gharti issued a directive to hold physical examinations.
Meanwhile, Ram Prasad Thapaliya, secretary at the ministry shared that the board examinations of Grade 12, which had been postponed for twice, will be held before the festival of Dashain.
The government has been inoculating examinees with COVID-19 vaccines based on their examination admission cards.
