10 gamblers held from Pokhara

Pokhara - Police on Wednesday night arrested 10 gamblers, and recovered stake money approximately Rs 480,000 from the spot at Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City-31 in Kaski. 

A team from the Area Police Office, Shishuwa acting on a tip-off raided a hotel named Shisha Hotel and Restaurant run by one Pramod Ranabhat and held the gamblers. Police also seized five decks of playing cards. The arrestees include local residents Sai Bahadur Dura, Nirajan Baral, Nawaraj Shrestha, Buddha Gurung, Niraj Baral, Jibanath Dhakal, Raj Kumar Gurung and Prakash Dhakal.
