Roadside bomb blast in Somalia injures 5 soldiers

MOGADISHU –At least five Somali soldiers were injured in a roadside bomb attack in Afgoye, about 30 km west of the capital of Mogadishu, on Tuesday. 


A police officer, who requested anonymity, told Xinhua that the blast took place at Bar-Ismaciil, in Afgoye town in Lower Shabelle, as a military convoy was heading to Mogadishu from Baledogle airstrip. 
Al-Shabab militant group has claimed responsibility for the latest attack. Enditem
