Reconstruction of Rani Pond begins

Nepalgunj,: Reconstruction of the historical Rani pond in ward no. 8 of Nepalgunj began here from Tuesday. 
The pond remains neglected and unused since the past 15 years. Mayor of Nepalgunj Sub-metropolis Dr Dhawal Shumsher Rana initiated the reconstruction work. 

The reconstruction work is expected to cost Rs. 2.27 million and will be completed in the next three months, according to the Sub-metropolis. 

Following the reconstruction, the pond will also have boating facilities.
