Valley administrations to allow public buses to resume services from tomorrow

KATHMANDU, June 28: In an attempt to loosen the ongoing restriction orders in the Kathmandu Valley, the district administration offices (DAOs) of the three districts --- Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur --- have decided to allow the public buses with the capacity of more than 25 passengers to resume to their services  from Tuesday. 

A meeting of the chief district officers (CDOs) of the three districts decided to this effect, according to Dhundi Prasad Niraula, CDO of Lalitpur district. 

The buses will be allowed to operate on an odd-even system. 

While operating their services, they are required to adhere to public health standards.
