24 fugitives arrested on single day

Inaruwa - The District Police Office, Sunsari has arrested 24 people on the run on a single day on Thursday. 

The fugitives include 12 people convicted on battery and assault cases and others on various offences and crimes as drug trafficking and fraud. They were convicted by the District Court, Sunsari on different dates and had been absconding, according to Superintendent of Police Bidyananda Majhi of the District Police Office, Sunsari. 

Police handed over all of them to the District Court on Thursday itself for action.
