Ranke-Rabi Road resumes

Ilam - The Ranke-Rabi road which was obstructed for nearly three weeks due to landslide triggered by rainfall has been opened for traffic from Sunday. 

The road was blocked due to the deposition of landslide debris. The landslide had occurred at Magar Bhitta near Ghurbise Panchami of Phalgunanda Rural Municipality. 

Vehicular movement along the road has resumed after the road was repaired and the landslide debris removed. The 103-kilometre road is the lifeline of the eastern districts Ilam, Panchthar and Dhankuta.
